Masks are not required, however we ask if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has been sick you refrain from coming in person, or bringing someone sick to your appointment.

If you feel it is necessary to have a one-on-one appointment with Linda,we ask you provide us with your tax documents at least 1 week prior to an appointment.

Below are listed ways to get your tax documents to us:

• Upload your tax documents into your pcloud folder. To access your folder: Log into PCloud at  https://www.pcloud.com  and click on the top right button that says “Sign in”. Your username is email address and if you forgot your password, you can click on “forgot my password” and make up a new one. 

• Feel free to drop off your documents in an envelope in the Blue Locked Drop Box outside our office window. Include your name, a contact number and be sure to include a list of any changes from last year. Text us at 704-648-5167 to let us know you have dropped your envelope in the box.

Unfortunately no. Your taxes can not be calculated until you have all the documentation necessary to prepare your taxes.

You’re employer is required to mail out your W-2 & 1099 by January 31st.

If you have not received your W-2 by the 2nd week of February call or email your employer and request that they email it or send it to you ASAP.

The following information is needed:

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Marital status
• Social Security number

If married, we need all of the above information for both.
